Administration Joomla! 4.x • Joomla 4 banners component not working

Hello,

Running Joomla 4.42.

Under Components > Banners in Joomla admin:

1) Banner client and categories options do not appear in admin (see attached example)
2) When I attempt to create a new banner I receive this error message in admin "Save failed with the following error: Field 'tags' doesn't have a default value"

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
